Welcome to Chimes by Design! To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both parties, we have a few terms and conditions we would like to make you aware of.

All of our custom chimes are made-to-order and may take up to 1-2 weeks to manufacture. Orders are not considered final until payment has been received in full. We accept payment via credit card or PayPal. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, as items are custom-made to your specifications. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before placing your order.
